QSR Magazine: MilkShake Factory Expands to Arizona with Chandler Grand Opening
QSR Magazine covers MilkShake Factory’s first Arizona location opening August 2, 2025, at 4955 S Alma School Rd in Chandler’s Ocotillo neighborhood, owned and operated by franchisee Kavita Kumar. The Chandler store is the first of six planned MilkShake Factory locations across Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale, with a second already under construction at SanTan Village in Gilbert. The menu features handspun milkshakes, sundaes, Molten Chocolate Cups, and housemade chocolates — all made with the Edwards family’s proprietary in-store-churned ice cream recipe.
