Business Debut breaks the news of MilkShake Factory’s first-ever Florida location coming to Riverview, reporting that franchisee Michael Longman is building out a 1,693-sq-ft space at 10446 Stelling Dr — featuring a gourmet chocolate bar, milkshake counter with spinning stations, and both indoor and outdoor seating — with a grand opening planned for early May 2025. The brand was founded by Dana Edwards Manatos, great-granddaughter of Greek immigrant chocolatiers who started a Pittsburgh chocolate business in 1914. Riverview marks the beginning of MilkShake Factory’s Florida expansion.
